Any person who lodges a frivolous dispute claim with his or her credit card company in an effort to defraud Scrubs & Such or to reverse a legally binding sales contract in contradiction to Scrubs & Such's policies will be assessed a $35 investigation fee for each chargeback in addition to the original charges being reapplied to the account.
