No one likes paying today's high shipping charges. To continue offering
the most competive internet deals we must minimize these expenses by
shipping once per order. However, if requested we will make a partial
shipment of in-stock items and will split the cost with you by charging a
flat $5 for the extra shipment.

Shipping and Local Delivery Areas:
|

|
We use UPS Ground Service to deliver shipments within our 48-state ("the
lower 48") delivery area. UPS Transit times are shown on the following
map. Keep in mind that total delivery time to you must include the time
in transit plus our processing time and any backorder delays. In-stock
items can be shipped out in 1 business day. For more information, see
the Backorder section.
Because UPS only ships to street addresses, we do not accept P.O. Box
destination addresses. We require that a legal adult sign for
deliveries. We reserve the right to choose an alternate method of
delivery if deemed by us to be more appropriate.
We offer a Local Office Delivery option to customers working in
the North Texas area (i.e., Richardson, Plano, Allen, and McKinney). If
the Local Office Delivery Service option is selected for a non-business
destination (e.g., a home address) we will charge our normal UPS
rate and ship the order via that service.

We offer the most competive internet deals because we work hard at
minimizing our inventory expense. We maintain a balance between stocking
the most popular items in our inventory and relying on manufacturers to
supply the rest.
Dickies and Peaches warehouses are within 30 miles of our location. We
regularly drive over and pickup stock as it is ready. Generally, Dickies
and Peaches can have in-stock items ready for pickup in 3-5 business
days. Out-of-stock items may take an additional 5-10 business days. We
typically pickup and ship out these items the same day.

We offer a 30-day return policy subject to the following conditions.
- Within 30 days of delivery, there is No Restocking Fee on returns.
- After 30 days of delivery, returned items will incur a 30%
Restocking Fee.
- After 45 days of delivery, returns will not be accepted. If items
are shipped to us, we will not issue credit and will donate the items to
charity.
- All costs incurred with returns are the responsibility of the
customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer
must pay for shipping on returns. No postage-due returns will be
accepted.
- With a return, enclose a copy of your receipt with a note clearly
stating the problem and the desired solution. For an exchange, we will
charge a flat $5 for shipping of the replacement item(s). Most requests
will be handled within 15 days.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us
immediately.
- Shipments that are not picked up and/or refused at the time of
delivery will be considered an unauthorized return and subject to a
20% Unauthorized Return fee.
- When a reduced-shipping offer is accepted by the customer, we pay
the additional shipping expense on behalf of the customer in exchange
for a guaranty that the sale exceeds a minimum qualifying amount. If the
value of original sale minus the value of returned items drops below
the minimum qualifying amount, the original shipping cost will be
deducted from the credit.
- Returned items must be received in saleable condition. Without
exception, they must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition
with attached labels and tags in the original, undamaged packaging. They
must not contain, among other things, lint, pet hair and odor (including
those from "odor-removing" products). Items not meeting this standard
will be returned at customer expense. If we cannot apply the shipping
charge to the customer credit card, we will discard the item(s) and no
credit will be issued.
- If you provide an incorrect shipping address and request forwarding
assistance you will be charged the current UPS Intercept Fee ($10 as of
this update) and forwarding expenses as incurred.
Returning items must be sent to the following address by common carrier
(e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Our offices are located in an office complex that controls automobile
and walk-in traffic with a security gate. We are not a retail store and
have no public access. Because of this fact, we do not accept walk-in returns.

Merchandise Defects, Order Errors, & Shipping Damage:
|
|
|
If there are errors or product damage on an order, contact us by email
as soon as possible. If shipping damage is a possibility, keep the box
and all packing material in case an inspection must be done by the
shipping carrier.
If the items were drop shipped from the manufacturer, do not contact or
return items to the manufacturer unless directed to do so by us.
